Over the past decade there has been a noticeable trend in sustainable construction. Once a niche market, sustainability has moved into the mainstream in new builds and renovations. According to ABS stats there has was an increase of 46 % in non- housing residential construction done in the December 2017 quarter compared to the same time in 2016. This trend is expected to be continued when the 2018 results are released. This has resulted in the highest level of non – housing residential
